Papadopoulos, with the distinctive title «Silianna» ( here after referred to as the « Company»). The company sells its products at its physical store, located at 7 Voulis Street (inside Bolani Gallery), P.O. BOX 105-62, Athens, Greece. A.General conditions
The use of this website must be done exclusively for legal purposes and in a way that does not hinder its use by third parties. The visitor or user is obliged to make use of it in accordance with the law, good manners and these Terms and not to perform actions or omissions that can cause damage or malfunction to the website, or affect or endanger the provision of services from the company.
This website and the services offered through it, are intended exclusively for adults. Transactions by minors are not allowed.
The Company makes every effort to ensure the accuracy, completeness, validity and clarity of the information provided through its online store and in order to present the website products in the most accurate way possible. However, in some cases the information on the Company’s website, may contain inaccuracies or be incomplete. The Company reserves the right to change the prices of the products, as they are formed daily based on the price lists of the suppliers and the currency rates, whenever it deems it necessary, without prior warning, with only their announcement through its website.

F. Force Majeure
The Company is not responsible for any breach of these terms, inability or delay in fulfilling any of its obligations due to force majeure events. Strikes, demonstrations, riots, rebellions, acts of sabotage, hostilities, acts of terrorism, extreme weather events, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, fires, earthquakes, floods or other natural disasters, etc. are understood as such. The Company will take the appropriate actions to respond to its obligations within a reasonable period of timefrom the cessation/removal of the reason of force majeure.
G. Applicable Law – Competent Courts
The operation of this website and the transactions carried out through it, are governed by Greek Law. For any dispute arising from the use of the website and the online store between the Company and its user, an effort will be made to settle it amicably, out of court. In case of failure of an amicable settlement, the Courts of Athens are designated as competent for the resolution of the disputes.
H. Orders
1. Method of registration – Consent
Orders are placed through the Company’s online store, by e-mail or by phone. The customer must provide accurate information regarding the information requested in the order form. The registration of the order by the customer implies the automatic and unconditional acceptance of these terms in their entirety. The customer receives confirmation of his order via e-mail. The final invoice/receipt is delivered upon receipt of the ordered product.
2. Availability of products – Prices
In case of lack of stocks, the customer is notified by phone and has the option of either buying another similar product or canceling his order and being refunded the money he paid. The Company reserves the right to cancel an order incuding the case it has been incorrectly invoiced.
3. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted for transactions through the online store:
Collection and payment from the store
If you choose to receive your purchases from the store, you can pay when you receive them, using credit card or in cash.
By credit card
It is possible to pay by credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, MasterCard, Maestro.
Your transactions in the Company’s online store are protected by the highest online security systems of the NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE and with all the necessary security protocols.
By bank deposit
You can pay for your order through a bank account. You can order from our online store and prepay your order to one of the following bank accounts, stating your name and order code as the reason and inform us by phone or email, as soon as you have made it. The order is executed the next working day of the notification of the deposit and the confirmation of the transaction. Orders that are not paid for within five (5) days, are considered void, the products are released and the company is not bound in any way.

In case of transfer from another bank, make sure that the amount you deposited remains intact, as the costs of transfer from another bank are borne by the customer.
Cash on delivery
The payment is made to the employee of the courier company upon receipt of the order. For the cash on delivery, you are charged with the commission provided for in the price list of the respective company, which is as follows:
ELTA courier: 2.80 Euro
Post Office: 3.50 Euro
Transport company – agency: Based on the invoice set by the respective company.
4.Delivery and shipping
In order to receive your purchases, you can choose any of the following methods:
4.1.Pickup from the Company’s store
You can pick up your order from our store (7 Voulis str. Inside Bolani Gallery, Athens), through the corresponding option during your “Order Completion”. Your order can be received after one working day and after phone confirmation.
4.2.Delivery to your location
The Company undertakes deliveries exclusively within Greece and Cyprus. Free shipping is provided for purchases over two hundred and fifty (250) euros, including VAT ( only within Greece – not Cyprus ). Deliveries are made by the following methods:
(a) By courier (ELTA Couriers) for parcels weighing (actual or volumetrically) less than ten (10) kg., at home.
(b) By post (ELTA) for large packages (e.g. lamp shades, lamps, small furnitures, paintings, etc.). The customer pick up the packages himself from the local post office.
(c) With a transport company – agency, for parcels of large volume or weight ( e.g. furniture, mirrors, paintings etc.), that cannot be transported by courier and for their safer transport.
4.3. Delivery time
Deliveries by courier (ELTA courier) are made within 1-3 working days.
Deliveries by post (ELTA) are made within 3-7 working days.
Deliveries via transport agency are made within Attica, within 1-2 working days. For the rest of Greece, the buyer is informed for the delivery time after contacting the Company.
The delivery time is based on the information provided by the respective transport companies and the Company is not responsible for any delay on their part.
Delivery times may be extended during festive or sales periods, during times of emergency when there is extra workload for courier services and in case of force majeure.
4.4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated when paying for your purchase, depending on the selected shipping method. The cost of transportation depends on the volume and weight of the parcel, as well as the final destination. In case of large weight or volume of the order, there is a special costing, for which we will inform you by phone.
Delivery with transport companies – agencies is usually done at their headquarters or “on the pavement”. Delivery to the buyer’s place is possible after consultation with the transport company and possibly with an additional charge.
5.Returns/Exchanges
5.1. Returns of defective products
In the event that a product is actually defective, the buyer is entitled to return it, provided that he informs the Company, by phone or email, within 24 hours of receiving the product. If the product is proven to be defective, the buyer has the right not to accept it and to return it, with the possibility of replacing it with another product of the same category, if available, or refunding the money paid. Returns are accepted only if the product is in the same condition in which it was received and is accompanied by the sales documents and its packaging intact. In this case, the costs of sending the new product or refunding the money are borne exclusively by the Company. In the event that the company determines that the product is not defective, it reserves the right to refuse the customer a replacement or a refund. In the event that the product reaches you damaged (even though the company takes care of the safe packaging), please inform the company by phone (2103227872) within the next eight (8) hours from its receive, so that it can take responsibility. After eight hours, the return will not be possible. A necessary condition for the return, to be accepted, is for the product to be in its original packaging and to include all the documents that accompanied it. In the event that the company finds that none of the above applies, it reserves the right to denay the customer the replacement of the product, or the refund. Changes:
Changes are made within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt. The product must be in excellent condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by the purchase receipt/invoice, as well as the transport documents. In this case, return costs are borne by the customer. If the above conditions are not met, the product will be returned to the customer, at the customers expenses.
Returns/commodity changes to « SEASONAL and OFFERS» are not accepted.
5.2.Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw for any reason from the sales contract, through the Company’s online store and to return the item purchased within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt. In this case, he is charged with the return costs.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Company returns the price to the buyer, in the same way as the payment of the order was made in the online store and if the returned product, as well as its packaging, is in exactly the same condition as it was received and accompanied by the sales documents providing the transaction. Original shiping charges are non-refundable.
No withdrawal is possible in case the customer chooses collection from the physical store and payment at the store. In this case, the sale is not considered a distance contract and consequently, the right of withdrawal dos not apply. ( Law: 2251/1994 ).
