Payment methods
For transactions through the online store, the following payment methods are accepted:
Collection and payment from the store
If you choose to collect your purchases from the store, you can pay for your purchases when you receive them, using a card or in cash.
With credit card
It is possible to pay via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, MasterCard, Maestro.
Your transactions in the Company’s online store are protected by the highest online security systems of the NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE and with all the necessary security protocols.
By bank deposit
You can pay for your order via bank account. You can order from our online store and prepay your order to one of the following bank accounts, stating your name and order code as the reason and inform us by phone or email as soon as you have made it. The order is executed on the next working day of the notification of the deposit and the confirmation of the transaction.
Orders that are not paid for within five (5) calendar days are considered void, the products are released and the company is not bound in any way.

In case of transfer from another bank, make sure that the amount you deposited remains intact, as the costs of transfer from another bank are borne by the customer.
Cash on delivery
Payment is made to the courier company employee upon receipt of the order. For the cash on delivery, you are charged with the commission provided for in the price list of the respective company, which is set out as follows:
ELTA COURIER: 2.95 Euro
Post office (ELTA): 3.50 Euro
Transport company – agency: Based on the tariff set by the respective company.
Payment with IRIS e-banking
The service offers the possibility to pay for purchases made in an online store, by charging a payment account through your bank’s e-banking or mobile banking (Alpha Bank, National Bank, Eurobank, Piraeus Bank and Viva Wallet).
Step 1: Select the IRIS payments service as a payment method.
Step 2: Select “Generate QR CODE” to scan the QR from your mobile banking or select your bank and you will automatically be taken to the bank’s secure e-banking environment.
Step 3: You enter your bank’s environment and after the secure connection you are informed with the payment details.
Step 4: By giving your approval you make the payment by credit transfer from your bank account.
The company receives the relevant confirmation in real time and you are immediately transferred to the website of the online store, where upon completion of the transaction you check your order.
